Role: Installation Manager
Location: Leeds
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 + Car Allowance & Performance related Bonus
Our Client offers the supply, design and installation of bespoke bathrooms throughout West and North Yorkshire - including Wet Rooms, En-suites, Shower Rooms and Mobility Bathrooms.
You will be managing multiple Installations at any one time to ensure the smooth running on site, duties will include but not limited to;
- To Oversee Site Installations from Start to Finish
- Site Surveys, Ordering goods and arranging services
- Work closely with in-house Designer - experience with CAD
- Ability to build Strong relationships with Customers and Suppliers
- Planning and Management of in-house Fitters and external sub-contractors
- Day to Day Project Management
Required Experience:
- Practical experience and working knowledge of Bathroom Installation
- Knowledge of Domestic Renovations and Residential Project Management
- Ability to work under pressure
- Able to co-ordinate multiple projects at once
