Senior Operations Manager
We are recruiting for a Senior Operations Manager for a large organisation providing infrastructure to manage and deliver the hard services of the contract and be responsible for client relationships and the management of the operational delivery team.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Managing the Project management team and wider Hard Services team in various Southern England locations
- Managing multiple high value projects including construction, new builds, fit outs, refurbishments and hvac installations
- Responsible for operational business streams, ensuring good profitability and the delivery of business plans in a timely and efficient manner
- Active member of the Senior Management Team, contributing to company strategy and driving profit targets
- Developing client and partner relationships in order to ensure profitable work within the contract
- Contributing to the business plan, its regular review, and the growth of the business
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience operating at a senior level within construction
- Experience managing multiple high value projects
- Exposure to a client facing role
- Excellent communication skills liaising with senior stakeholders
- Hold a Full UK Drivers Licence
