Senior Operations Manager
We're looking for a Senior Operations Manager to join our Clients Facilities Management PFI Team based in Yorkshire covering multiple PFI contracts nationwde.
Summary:
Location: Yorkshire - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required and to client base
Salary: £75,000 - £80,000 + car allowance + Benefits
Multiple PFI contracts
As a Senior Operations Manager, you'll be working within the Facilities Management PFI Team, supporting them in the operational performance of a portfolio of PFI and Facilites Managment Contracts
Duties Include:
- Operational Management of senior Contracts team
- Ensure that monthly reviews of the P&L is undertaken with the Contract Mangement team and PFI Finance Manager and that the P&L is in line with agreed forecast and targets.
- Commercial and financial Risks
- Ensure operational performance of the Contract Management team are met and regular reports on each portfolio is issued to the senior PFI lead.
- Financial Budgets and P&L
Qualificatons/ Requirments
- Have an understanding of PFI contractual requirements, KPIs and client/stakeholder requirements and contract deliverables
- Management and facilities management qualifications for hard and soft FM services
- Prior experience managing multiple contracts in PFI/PPP sector
