Role: Additional Works Supervisor
Salary: £45-£47k per annum.
Location: Lytham St Annes
Package: Company Pension
25 Days Holiday plus bank holidays
The Role
We are working with a national M&E & services provider who provide upgrades on a large flagship site near Lytham St Annes.
They are looking for an experienced supervisor to oversee numerous live small projects across the site.
The ideal person will be of an FM Hard servcies or M&E contracting background. Strong organisation and ability to manage a high security site is a must.
Duties Include:
- You will be required to oversee minor projects £2k up to £15k (very rare).
- 10 live projects at once.
- Duties will include
- Pricing works and quoting with schedule of rates
- Responsibility for high-risk activities-
- Risk assessment and method statements
- monitor and supervise pieces of work
- subcontractor audits.
- Watch subbies on site and ensure they're operating to specs & following H&S procedures.
- Good health and safety knowledge, managing subbies on site.
- Managing supply chain.
