Role: Additional Works Supervisor
Salary: £45-£47k per annum.
Location: Preston
The package: Company Pension

The Role
We are working with a national M&E & services provider who provide upgrades on a large flagship site near Preston.
They are looking for an experienced project manager to oversee numerous live projects across the portfolio.
The ideal person will be of a fit out or M&E contracting background. Strong organisation and ability to manage a high security site is a must.
Duties Include:
- You will be required to oversee minor projects £2k up to £15k (very rare).
- 10 live projects at once.
- Duties will include
- Pricing works and quoting with schedule of rates
- Responsibility for high-risk activities-
- Risk assessment and method statements
- monitor and supervise pieces of work
- subcontractor audits.
- Watch subbies on site and ensure they're operating to specs & following H&S procedures.
- Good health and safety knowledge, managing subbies on site.
- Managing supply chain.
