Mechanical Foreman

Leeds (parking on site)

Freelance

18 months

Pay Rate: £210 per day (45 hour week)

My client is a leading M&E Contractor who are currently recruiting a working Mechanical Foreman to supervise a project . Must come from a plumbing/pipe-fitter route

Schedule:


  • Monday to Friday

Experience:


  • 5-year experience HVAC site experience
  • Experience of commercial projects
  • Must have worked in Building Services
  • Must have skills CSCS card
  • SSSTS of benefit

Responsibilities:


  • Reporting to senior mechanical supervisor
  • Supervising plumbers & Pipefitters directly
  • Dealing with any problems / technical issues that may arise
  • Making sure that safe working practices are always maintained
  • Delivering toolbox talks if required
  • Health and Safety
  • Planning works
  • Coordinating the project with Project manager & Supervisor
