PFI Project Manager
Project Manager - PFI Construction
Our client has an immediate requirement for a construction professional to project manage multimillion pound contracts across PFI social infrastructure contracts including extensions and refurbishments.
As a Project Manager you will successfully deliver a range of projects on time, budget, and specification.

- Construction refurb/ extensions
Duties:
- Manage a number of construction projects of varying size throughout the construction phase into operational phase
- Work closely with service providers and clients to ensure that all statutory and contractual obligations are adhered to and carried out
- Ensure that each construction project is delivered within time, budget and specification on behalf of the client
- Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with the client and service providers
- Communicate effectively and confidently with members of the design team, supply chain, procurement, and other professionals in the industry
- Chair meetings, preparing agendas and minutes
- Programme Management
- Report to the board, funders and investors
- Large capital Works multimillion pound projects
- Monitor and advise upon project finances
Qualifications/Requirements
- Degree/HND in a relevant building services Construction management discipline.
- Experience in PFI Healthcare, NHS Hospitals infrastructure projects (ESSENTIAL)
- Proven experience of construction Project Management
- Supply chain management
- IT literate - experience of using MS Office
