Description

Role: Building Field Manager

Location: Northallerton

Salary: £42k - £44k per annum Plus car or car allowance (£4.5k)

Package:

We are working with a well established Facilities management company who are looking to recruit a fabric field manager to oversee the operations of the engineers across a varied commercial portfolio in Yorkshire & the North East region. You will be overseeing all building works and fabric related works on pubs, restaurants & various sites.

Responsibilities & Duties:


  • Engineer/Site Audits
  • Quoting and running larger jobs
  • Controlling QC of sub-contractor works
  • Client site meetings/surveys, point of escalation
  • Working as part of a 11-person management team
  • Approx 20 engineers reporting into the position
