Asset Manager
Role overview
We are looking to recruit an Assistant GM or Facilities Asset Manager to oversee delivery of PFI management services in the Midlands. The role will be site based with occasional opportunity to work from home

Responsibilities
- Monitor the performance of the third party holders including the FM Contractors
- Monitor the H&S and other statutory and contractual compliance obligations of the project
- Work alongside the SPV Manager to interface with the public sector#
- Support the Project Agreement on all matters affecting the various agreements entered int
- Operational policies and procedures that ensure the efficient management of the underlying investment.
- Audit and report on compliance with contractual obligations
- overseeing contractual payment mechanism to maximise subcontractor performance and minimise deductions.
- Assist the General Manager to ensure completion of all project obligations and reporting
- Project variations
- Planned and reactive maintenance lifecycle delivery
- Financial reports
- Auditing of third-party providers
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree level qualification (or qualified by extensive experience) in construction/FM background
- Working knowledge of management of PFI Projects in operational phase
- Knowledge and experience of H&S Regulations
- Experience in dealing with senior level public sector client organisations/ complex contracts
- Understanding of PFI contracts and have experience of working/liasing with with SPV
- Experience in dealing with project investors, lenders in PFI
- Understanding of variation, lifecycle and insurance processes in PFI
- Contract management knowledge and legal understanding
- Risk management processes
