Interim Contract Manager
We have an immediate requirement for an interim Mechanical qualified Contracts Manager in North London for 3- 4 months- Contract Manager
- Location - London
- 3- 4 months contract
- Salary £40,000 (pro rata'd)
- Mechanical qualified (Gas, HVAC or air conditioning)

- Facilities Management contract
As a Contracts Manager you will be responsible for managing contractors who are carrying out project work on replacements and repairs of mechanical equipment in schools including gas and HVAC systems
Duties include:- Overseeing Lifecycle replacement projects
- Managing contractors
- Inspections
- Pricing and ordering and project managing the works
- Writing reports
Qualifications/Requirements
- Mechanical Qualification (Gas, HVAC or Air conditioning)
- Experience working on a similar contract within Facilities management
- PFI (advantage)
