Contract Administrator
Location: Leeds
Salary: £23,000 per annum
Package:
- Monday - Friday
- 08:00 - 17:00

Our client is looking for an experienced Helpdesk Coordinator to join their team based in Leeds. This is a great opportunity to join a well established business with a friendly team and a set of very secure contracts.
The role
- Supporting clients with all incoming queries, via telephone and email
- Ensure clients and client portals and are kept up to date
- Planning and scheduling all planned preventative maintenance visits
- Processing engineers and sub-contractors planned preventative maintenance paperwork and actioning as required.
- Managing sub-contractors to ensure they follow procedures
- Logging and managing quoted works
- Assisting contract manager as required
The Successful Candidate Will have
- Good customer service skills
- Experience or familiarity with a computer aided facilities management (CAFM) system.
- Have the appetite to learn and take on new challenges, a proactive approached and good time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- IT literate and very competent with all basic Microsoft office programmes
- A team player with the ability to work independently
The Successful Candidate Will desirably have
- Experience working in facilities, maintenance and/or property maintenance or management
- Some knowledge of accounting would be useful but is not essential
