Mobile Handy Person
Location: Derby
Salary: £27k per annum based on 40 hours door to door travel
Package: OT after 45 hours & Sat x1.5 & x2 after 8pm Mon-Fri & after 12pm Sat & Sunday,
Call out 1 in 10, door to door call out x2 after 8pm Plus standing payment
Holidays: 23 days holiday plus stats rising to 25 days

Our client, a growing FM Company, has an immediate requirement for a fully multi skilled Fabric Maintenance Engineer on a permanent basis to cover a specific retail contract.
The successful candidate will be responsible for all planned and reactive Fabric Maintenance. Ideally with an M&E or carpentry bias. This is an excellent opportunity for a truly multi - skilled Engineer to join a busy organisation
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Undertake all Maintenance on multiple commercial contracts
- Working closely with the scheduling department ensuring all Maintenance is carried out in a timely fashion
- Confident dealing with day to day issues on site ensure your work is carried out efficiently and effectively
Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Commercial Maintenance environment
- Good understanding of building services/mechanical maintenance
- Confident working to tight deadlines
- Full, clean driving licence
