Senior Facilities Contracts Manager
Exciting opportunity for a Senior Facilities Contract Manager to manage some PFI contracts within the London region, supporting and mentoring a team of Contract Managers and their teams.

Must have been in a similar contract manager role at senior level on a TFM Contract managing hard and soft services
As a Senior Contracts Manager you will be responsible for developing the operations teams and grow the contract and maintain excellent service levels and meet/exceed client expectations
Duties include:
- Technical and Soft Services compliance standards across the contracts
- Supporting operational management teams
- Lead and develop your team and their wider team
- Technical Statutory requirements and Regulations
- Technical mechanical, electrical, water, F-Gas, Gas and fabric and soft services compliance
- Health & Safety
- Monitoring and control of all PPM & reactive tasks to ensure completion within SLA and minimise deductions.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Full driving license
- Enhanced DBS Clearance
- Relevant Industry qualifications or equivalent UK Standard
- Good communicator both verbally and written with a good level of computer literacy
- Managing IOSH Certificate CSCS Card
- PFI experience or very good understanding of PFI contracts
- Knowledge of current legislation & statutory compliance
- Recognised apprenticeship
- Relevant management training
- An in-depth knowledge and experience in building services
