Location: Leeds
Salary: £26k- £30k per annum based on 37.5 hour week
Package: OT after 37.5hours & Sat x1.5 & x2 Sunday
Travel paid less 30 mins each way
Call out rota
Holidays: 25 days holiday plus stats

Our client, a growing FM Company, has an immediate requirement for a fully multi skilled Fabric Maintenance Engineer on a permanent basis to cover a specific contract in Kirkless and Leeds.
The successful candidate will be responsible for all planned and reactive Fabric Maintenance. Ideally of a carpentry bias. This is an excellent opportunity for a truly multi - skilled Engineer to join a busy organisation.
You will be given formal fire door training with this role if you do not already hold the certificate.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Undertake all Maintenance on multiple commercial contracts
- Working closely with the scheduling department ensuring all Maintenance is carried out in a timely fashion
- Confident dealing with day to day issues on site ensure your work is carried out efficiently and effectively
Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Commercial Maintenance environment
- Good understanding of building services/mechanical maintenance
- Confident working to tight deadlines
- Full, clean driving licence
