Senior Project Manager
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join a large Asset Management Organisation based in Cheltenham.

As the Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing lifecycle, defect and variation works for clients within the PFI Sector and external markets
Duties and Responsibilities
- Work with key stakeholders and other specialist support partners to deliver defect, lifecycle and variation works
- Manage the lifecycle delivery process from RIBA Stage 1 through to Stage 6 for all projects allocated to you
- Attend client and contractor meetings
- Produce and monitor tracking tools to deliver the change control services
- Manage the financial reporting and invoicing of works delivered
- Provide support in the production of delivery tools
- Manage allocated Assistant Project Managers or Project Managers
Role Requirements/Qualifications
- Extensive Project Management experience of capital expenditure works ranging from £50k - £1m +
- Extensive experience working on a PFI contract
- Construction Project Delivery Experience
- Great knowledge of PFI contract documentation and change control processes.
- Team management experience
- Ability to interact at a senior management team level through presentations, one to one meeting's and by written reports.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages, particularly Word and Excel
- Full Preferably clean UK Driving Licence
- DV Security Clearance
