Location: Nottingham

Salary: £27k per annum based on 40 hours 

Package:

• Door to door travel
• All time paid - No travel allowance taken.
• 45 hours - flat compared to 40 hours less 30 mins (45 hours)
• 50 hour week door to door – 45 hours flat – 5 hours x1.5
• Overtime paid x1.5 after 45 hours & Sat up to 12pm
• x2 After 12pm Saturday & Sunday
• x 2 after 8pm Mon- Fri
• Call Out 1 in 12 standing payment and door to door call out.
• Van & Fuel Card
• 23 days holidays, plus 8 stats rising to 25 with 2 years consecutive service
• Personal use of van
• VW Transporter van

Our client, a growing FM Company, has an immediate requirement for a fully multi skilled Fabric Maintenance Engineer on a permanent basis to cover a specific retail contract.

The successful candidate will be responsible for all planned and reactive Fabric Maintenance. Ideally with an M&E or carpentry bias. This is an excellent opportunity for a truly multi - skilled Engineer to join a busy organisation

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Undertake all Maintenance on multiple commercial contracts
• Working closely with the scheduling department ensuring all Maintenance is carried out in a timely fashion
• Confident dealing with day to day issues on site ensure your work is carried out efficiently and effectively

Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a Commercial Maintenance environment
• Good understanding of building services/mechanical maintenance
• Confident working to tight deadlines
• Full, clean driving licence
