We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Property Contract Manager to join a Healthcare provider covering a Regional Role in the North of England.

• Salary Bracket: £68,000 - £75,000

• Flexible Work from home 2 days per week
• Healthcare contract

Your responsibility will be to the delivery of all contractual obligation for a portfolio of healthcare properties covering the North of England by providing a professional service delivering the specified outputs and changes within the portfolio.

Duties

• Respond to and manage requests for information and resources for internal and external stakeholders and provide briefings and reports
• Hold landlords to account, including managing and seeking assurance from relevant colleagues that the contract is contractually and statutorily compliant.
• Managing and seeking assurance that Lifecycle, PPM, variations and new services are value for money and technically verified.
• Ensure all contract services are correctly specified and value for money.
• Line-manage relevant regional property contract managers and administrative support if required.

Role Requirements/Qualifications

• Previous contract Management on a healthcare contract

• Previous experience managing and leading teams in a similar environment within FM
• MRICS and BIFM (5) or equivalent

• Understanding and previous experience working on LiFT Estates management
• Understand and working knowledge of Standard lease terms
• Excellent Negotiating skills and attention to detail

• Commercially astute
