Account Director
We are recruiting for a Facilities Management Account Director to work with an FM and technical services organisation based in the South.
The role offers Hybrid flexible working with travel around the UK with regular trips to the office in Berkshire.
As an Account Director you will have extensive strategic experience ensuring the delivery of Strategic FM related services to a large corporate UK wide portfolio of over 300 properties covering M&E, Building Fabric, Helpdesk and work scheduling, compliance
You will be experienced in driving and implementing transformational change with particular knowledge of data solutioning.
This is an urgent role and therefore can only consider candidates who have a month notice or less
Summary:
- £85-92k, + £6k car + 15% bonus target and benefits

Qualifications/Requirements
- Possesses extensive and proven senior management / Director level management experience, in a UK wide strategic role
- Has strong customer focus
- Possesses proven people management experience
- Has excellent strategic management and commercial management skills
- Has strong operational and performance management focus
- Has strong communication skills
- Is numerate and analytical and financially aware
- Possesses MS office (word, excel and powerpoint) skills
- Has strong planning and time management skills
- Can demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills
- Has excellent staff coaching skills
- Demonstrates a strong concern for order and quality
- Demonstrates a clear understanding of the basic principles of M&E systems and soft services.
- Demonstrable abilities and clear experience in supplier contracts negotiation
