HVAC Supervisor
Location: West Yorkshire
Salary: £38-£40k per annum
Monthly and Annual performance related bonus
Holidays: 22 days holiday plus stats
Full expensed vehicle
We are recruiting for a specialist Yorkshire HVAC contractor who are looking to add a hands on technical supervisor to their team
They are looking for a Supervisor or lead Commercial gas engineer with a strong work ethic and hunger to succeed who is looking to take their next step in their career.
The role will suit and all rounder who is experienced in small works installations and planned/reactive service & maintenance contracts.
The company is well established and has longstanding relationships.
The company works across Yorkshire and on occasion you will be required to work away.
The role is salaried and has great earning potential with performance related bonuses based on new business secured and profitability of jobs. The company also offers great opportunities for further career progression down the line.
You will oversee sub contractors & directly employed engineers
Survey, price & deliver minor works.
Produce RAMS
Hold tool box talks.
Very confident client facing
You will ideally possess a clean driving licence.
Qualifications:
- Commercial Gas Qualifications in date minimum of 1 x year
- Plumbing or Pipefitting knowledge of benefit
- Oil-Oftec qualifications of benefit but not essential
- LPG of benefit but not essential
