Role: Minor Works Administrator

Location: Sheffield

Salary: £23k-£25k per annum

Package: 25 days Paid holiday & 8 statutory plus company, Pension, Healthcare after 6 months

Due to expansion my client is recruiting for a Minor Works Administrator to work alongside the small works team for a busy and dedicated retail contract,

It will be working for a large FM provider who manage various commercial FM contracts. They undertake all minor works, planned preventative and reactive maintenance to their various client's portfolio of buildings.

Duties Include:

• To be the main conduit of information to and from regional managers.
• Accountability of all daily tasks initially within the Minor Works Team.
• Proactively manage SLA/KPI's are achieved.

• Accurate completion and closure of all minor works jobs within the CRM system.
• First point of contact for inbound area managers calls and escalation point for engineers.
• To attend meetings as and when necessary. From time to time this may require you to attend meetings at another location away from the office as requested by the client.

• Ability to manage clients and key stakeholders within organisation
• Ability to create rapport with clients and team
• Ability to multi task and prioritise work load where necessary.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong IT Skills
• Strong knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
• Ability to learn a new specialist software system.

Overview of role:

This role will suit someone, who was worked in M&E Building services, Housing contracts, Construction or Facilities management projects previously. Knowledge of FM would advantageous but by no means essential. This a great to join a secure and interesting company with long term career prospects.
