Role: Minor Works Administrator
Location: Sheffield
Salary: £23k-£25k per annum
Package: 25 days Paid holiday & 8 statutory plus company, Pension, Healthcare after 6 months
Due to expansion my client is recruiting for a Minor Works Administrator to work alongside the small works team for a busy and dedicated retail contract,
It will be working for a large FM provider who manage various commercial FM contracts. They undertake all minor works, planned preventative and reactive maintenance to their various client's portfolio of buildings.
Duties Include:
- To be the main conduit of information to and from regional managers.
- Accountability of all daily tasks initially within the Minor Works Team.
- Proactively manage SLA/KPI's are achieved.
- Accurate completion and closure of all minor works jobs within the CRM system.
- First point of contact for inbound area managers calls and escalation point for engineers.
- To attend meetings as and when necessary. From time to time this may require you to attend meetings at another location away from the office as requested by the client.

- Strong time management and interpersonal skills
- Strong Admin skills
- Ability to work unsupervised for long periods
- Ability to manage clients and key stakeholders within organisation
- Ability to create rapport with clients and team
- Ability to multi task and prioritise work load where necessary.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong IT Skills
- Strong knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
- Ability to learn a new specialist software system.
Overview of role:
This role will suit someone, who was worked in M&E Building services, Housing contracts, Construction or Facilities management projects previously. Knowledge of FM would advantageous but by no means essential. This a great to join a secure and interesting company with long term career prospects.
