Account Director

We are recruiting for an Account Director in the North West on a large PFI Healthcare contract.

As a Facilities Account Director you will be the senior lead for communicating and delivering the strategic direction within a various PFI contracts with a strong focus on commercial matters and client relationship management.

The Account Director will be responsible for the quality of services and the business plan on an ongoing basis and will ensure that the company reach optimal service delivery and deliver continuous improvement throughout the life of the contract.

You will attend the Strategic Partnering Board on a quarterly basis and the Operational Delivery Board meetings monthly as well as providing a regular senior management support and direction.

Qualifications

Ideally qualified to degree level or equivalent experience

Experience at managing Soft and Hard facilities services contracts as well as outsourced deliveries.

Significant experience operating at a senior level delivering contract Facilities services

Excellent commercial and financial acumen (essential) P&L responsibility

Experience of performance related contracts and management systems

Good presentation, influencing and motivation skills, with experience of managing a team

Previous Healthcare or PFI experience essential

Strong IT skills and competent with Microsoft Office packages
