300 North are looking to recruit a PA for our client an established housebuilder.
The suitable candidate must have a PA/Secretarial support background and will ideally have worked in the construction industry.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Day to day diary management
- Booking national and international travel and accommodation
- Overseeing the on boarding of new employees
- Attending staff disciplinary meetings to take accurate notes
- Compiling emails to be proof read by the Directors for final sign off
- General administrative duties i.e. filing of internal and external contracts
You will need:
- Previous experience in a PA/Secretarial supporting role
- Experience in general HR processes would be extremely advantageous
- Excellent organisational skills are a must!
- Competent in MS Word and Excel
- A confident, enthusiastic, can do approach
