Fire Safety Compliance Manager
Fire Safety Compliance Manager South West
We are recruiting for a Fire Safety Compliance Manager, to work for a large Facilities Management provider covering contracts in the South West of England.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with key stakeholders and act as the conduit to ensure the business achieves statutory compliance with regards to fire safety.
- Providing support and advice to Operations through sharing knowledge for all things compliance and technical in fire safety
- Highlighting and resolving issues or risks which may impact on the business in achieving its statutory compliance.
- Pro-actively working with other workstreams, suppliers, and clients to achieve compliant status and providing fire safety guidance.
- Implement change, leading to continual improvement and reaching compliant status
- Conduct periodic internal reviews or audits to ensure that Technical, SSOW, SHE and statutory compliance procedures are adhered to
- Identify risks and priorities through conducting fire safety audits
Qualifications/Requirements
- Candidates will be Tier 3 Nationally Accredited Fire Risk Assessors (NAFRAR) or similar, with membership of a professional body such as IFSM.
- Previous experience managing compliance on a facilities management contract with knowledge of CIBSE, HTM, and SFG20
- Background in Mechanical or Electrical (M&E) service delivery (technical qualification is not required just experience
