Job Title: Technical Planning Support
Location: Wakefield
Salary: £25-£28k per annum
Holidays: 23 days plus 8 stats
Contract: Permanent
Working Hours: 08.30 to 17.15 - 1 hour lunch
We are currently recruiting for a dynamic Technical Support in to join the planning team of a very successful facilities management service provider.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and understand compliance. This role would suit an engineer who may be looking to move into the office.
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as Planning technical lead in the absence of the PPM and Compliance Manager.
- To support the PPM and Compliance Manager to ensure that all planned tasks are completed, reviewed and closed down correctly.
- Ensuring where required all record sheets are complete, all notes are updated any further works are actioned.
- Review certification for completeness and quality and escalate where required.
- Provide Technical Support for the Planning Team.
- Act as point of contact for any technical enquiries from The B38 Mobile Engineers.
- Ensure all Client Compliance documents are kept up to date on a weekly basis for tasks undertaken by the Direct Employed Workforce.
- Assist in the development of Technical Documentation, Log Books etc.
- Support the creation or update of asset lists and PPM planners for client contract mobilisation and change.
- Ensure works following recommendations made in service reports or certification are generated.
- Display that all certification from self-delivered tasks is checked for remedial work raised. Check all gaps in record keeping.
- Ensure timely feedback of updates and information for the client where required.
- Engage with Engineers as necessary to proactively improve planned maintenance schedules.
- To assist from time to time Account Managers and client auditors with the provision of ad hoc information.
- Any other ad-hoc admin tasks as required by your line Manager.
What we are looking for from you:
- 3-5 years minimum experience in FM / Building Services industry.
Understanding of methodology used to build planned maintenance schedules.
CAFM Experience
Experience of Microsoft Office Products
High attention to detail.
Methodical and procedure approach to problem-solving.
