Role: Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer
Location: West Midlands
Salary: £33-£35k per annum based on 41.25 hour week
Call Out 1 in 8 standing payment and door to door call out.
Van & Fuel Card
Paid OT x1.5 after 40 hours & Sat, x 2 Sunday
23 days holidays, plus 8 stats.
Travel Paid less half an hour each way
We are working with a well established FM sized Facilities management company who are looking for an AC Engineer who has electrical knowledge.
You will be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance on various commercial contracts across the Midlands.
You must be comfortable dealing with end clients and using your abilities to solve problems & issues on your own.
There will be Minor installations of small split units from time to time but 90% of the work is service & Maintenance of VRF's, VRV's, Splits etc.
Skills, Attributes, Qualifications:
- F-Gas
- NVQ 2 in Air Conditioning minimum
- 17 th edition or 18 th edition essential
- PPM experience
- Reactive Maintenance
- Driving Licence
- Customer service skills
The role would ideally suit a skilled AC Engineer who is looking for a new challenge in a well established firm.
