Description

Role: Electrical Project Manager

Salary: £40- £50k per annum.

Location: West Yorkshire

The package: Company Pension, Vehicle or vehicle allowance

23 Days Holiday plus bank holidays

The Role

We are working with an expanding M&E contracting organisation who are looking for an electrical bias Project Manager to oversee installations up £600k

You will be working closely with the main contractor and end client.

The company self deliver most of the works and use specialist sub contractors and price work sub contractors on packages.

You will be responsible for estimating, delivering and handing over up 3 or 4 projects at a time.

You must be able to produce electrical estimates and have a sound understanding of mechanical & HVAC works. You will be working closely with a mechanical bias M&E project manager so your skills can be lent to one another when pricing works.

You will directly to the head of the department.

Projects are nationwide and you will be expected to travel to meet clients when required.

All lodging and meal allowances are provided.

Sectors include : retail, education, office blocks and general commercial building services. There are plenty of frame work agreements and long standing relationships.

The company is always open to new sectors that fit their business model.

Skills, Attributes and Qualifications:

- HNC or HND in Building Services of benefit

- Time served electrical apprenticeship if not holding the above

- Ability to use Amtech extreme estimating software

- Strong time management skills

- Strong people skills

- Strong commercial skills

The role will suit somebody who is hungry to progress with an ever expanding order book of strong and stable clients.
