Description

Role: Facilities Contract Coordinator

Location: Wakefield

Salary: £22k-£25k per annum

Package: 23 days Paid holiday & 8 statutory plus company, Pension

Due to expansion my client is recruiting for a Facilities Contract Coordinator work alongside the senior account manager and contracts manager for a portfolio of Student accommodation maintenance contracts.

It will be working for a large FM provider who manage various commercial FM contracts. They undertake all minor works, planned preventative and reactive maintenance to their various client's portfolio of buildings.

Duties Include:


  • Managing all reports and WIP for the client.
  • Support Managers in their daily admin and diary management
  • Relay information accurately with the managers
  • Co-ordinate all variance and keep up to date documents on the software system and excel.
  • Raise issues with helpdesk and contract support.
  • Collate reports and data as requested.

The Type of person:


  • Strong time management and interpersonal skills
  • Confident speaking with client and receiving inbound calls, whether good or challenging information
  • Strong Admin skills
  • Ability to work unsupervised for long periods
  • Ability to manage clients and key stakeholders within organisation
  • Ability to create rapport with clients and team
  • Ability to multi task and prioritise work load where necessary.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Strong IT Skills
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Ability to learn a new specialist software system.

Overview of role:

This role will suit someone, who was worked in M&E Building services, Housing contracts, Construction or Facilities management projects previously. Knowledge of FM would advantageous but by no means essential. This a great to join a secure and interesting company with long term career prospects. There is a clear path for the right person to work their way into a management role.
