Senior Facilities Account Manager

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading facilities management Organisation for a Senior Facilities Account Manager to work on a large industrial contract in Lancashire. This is a full time, permanent role.

As the Senior Account Manager, you will  be responsible for the Total Facilities Management across the contract with health and safety at the forefront. You will manage your team with an open and honest leadership style encouraging a can-do attitude whilst developing a clear and powerful business plan to achieve financial targets and commercial goals.

• £65000 – £75000 plus car\car allowance plus bonus

Duties of the Role

• Produce busines plan that defines resources and investment
• Lead the team to achieve the objectives set out in the business plan efficiently and effectively
• Managing the team with a strong leadership stance forming a positive work force
• Be responsible for the financial accounts achieving targets set and commercial goals agreed
• Appointing and managing subcontractor and supply chain partners
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders  
• Ensuring the site and workforce are adhering to strict health and safety regulations

Requirements

• Candidates must have previous senior Facilities Management experience from an industrial background
• Strong leadership skills with experience of managing a large workforce
• Strong commercial and financial acumen having managed P&L
• Passionate about providing a first-class customer service
• The ability to communicate and form positive relationships with Senior Stakeholders
