- Description
300 North are looking for a temporary Site Manager to work on a residential build in North Yorkshire.
Duties will include:
- Health and Safety
- Manage the site in accordance with company Health, Safety and Welfare Policy and Procedures and with current HSE legislation; ensuring compliance with CDM Regulations and the Health & Safety Plan
- Ensure that the site is adequately secured at all times and safe and acceptable working conditions are maintained
- Ensure all Plant Certification is valid and current
- Accompany the Safety Consultant during inspections
- Reinforce the Health & Safety culture and accident free culture
- Maintain compound
- Control of Work In Progress
- Produce Weekly Planning Sheet to schedule trades and agree this with sub-contractors
- Liaise with multi-utility/statutory providers
The Successful Applicant will need to have experience working as number one on site within housebuilding.
You will need to have an up to date SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS Card.
