Description

Role: Senior Project Administrator

Location: Leeds

Salary: £25k-£30k per annum

Package: 25 days Paid holiday & 8 statutory plus company, Pension, BUPA health care (option to buy additional 5 days holiday)

Due to expansion my client is recruiting for a Senior Project Administrator to work alongside the Lifecyle Project Manager for 2 commercial maintenance contracts and 1 housing contract.

It will be working for a large FM provider who manage various commercial contracts, PFI and housing association contracts. Life cycle works and all planned preventative and reactive maintenance to their client's portfolio of buildings.

Duties Include:


  • Managing Sub contractors and client requests on a daily basis.
  • Support Project Manager with liaison and inspections of sub contractor works sites are all local to Leeds and mileage is paid @ 0.45p per mile .
  • Relay information accurately with the project manager
  • Co-ordinate all variance and keep up to date documents on the software system and excel.
  • Raise sub contractor purchase orders
  • Collate reports and data as required.

  • Strong time management and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work unsupervised for long periods
  • Ability to manage clients and sub contractors expectations
  • Ability to create rapport with clients and sub contractors
  • Resilient and determined
  • Ability to multi task and prioritise work load where necessary.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Strong IT Skills
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Ability to learn a new specialist software system.

Overview of role:

This role will suit someone, who was worked in M&E Building services, Housing contracts, Construction or Facilities management projects previously. Knowledge of PFI would advantageous but by no means essential. This a great to join a secure and interesting contract with long term career prospects.
