SHEQ Advisor
Location: Newcastle/Yorkshire
Salary: £15-15.50
3 months temporary with the possibility to go permanent
Overview:
Working within the public sector, the role will include:
- Risk Assessments
- Compiling PP logs
- H&S Training
- Undertaking risk assessments relating to SHEQ when required
- Auditing places of work
This is a mobile role so having a full driving license is a must.
Qualifications:
- Full driving licence required
- Level 4 qualification in a relevant field required
- 2 years' experience in Health & Safety preferably within an Engineering, Construction or FM Industry
Desirable:
- NEBOSH Diploma in H & S or Environmental management, and/or equivalent.
- Operation of an OHSAS 18001/45001 and/or ISO 14001 and/or ISO 9001 based systems
- FM experience within a Public Sector environment.
- Specialist knowledge in a relevant subject area e.g. waste, carbon foot printing asbestos, scaffolding, fire
