Assistant Site Manager
Location: Coventry
Temporary contract 2 months min ( with possible extension to December)
Pay £18-£20 hour
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic assistant site manager to join their team on a project in Coventry.
You will be required to work alongside the site manager on a fit out of a government building.
The Role
- Carrying out daily inductions on site
- Updating paperwork daily
- Ensuring that equipment is PAT tested where required
- Ensuring that handheld vibrations for each tool are logged and registered.
- Making sure contractors are wearing appropriate PPE on site.
- Making sure that Health & Safety on site is in line with the companies legislation
Qualifications
- SSSTS/ SMSTS
- CSCS Gold
- 1st Aid
- Asbestos Awareness would be an advantage
The Person
- Immediately available
- Driver
- Ability to supply certification
- Willing to learn and take on more responsibility
- If you have your own lap top that would be of benefit.
