Role: Plumbing & Drainage engineer
Location: West midlands
Salary & Package :
£12.00ph- £12.50ph based on 40 hours
X1.5 after 40 hours & Saturday, X2 Sunday
Door to door travel less 30 mins of an evening
On call 1 in 6- Call out is at flat for travel, site time is double time-

Our client: A large growing FM Company, has an immediate requirement for a plumbing & draining engineer.
The successful candidate will be responsible for all plumbing & non-boiler related heating repairs. You will also be able to operate a draining CCTV system for inspecting blocked drains and soil pipes.
Sites are predominantly leisure and retail
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Undertake all Maintenance on multiple commercial contracts
- Working closely with the scheduling department ensuring all Maintenance is carried out in a timely fashion
- Confident dealing with day to day issues on site ensure your work is carried out efficiently and effectively
- Types of work includes repairing/replacing: Sinks, toilets, broken drains, radiators, taps and valves.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Commercial Maintenance environment
- Relevant Plumbing Qualification
- Good understanding of building services/mechanical maintenance
- Confident working to tight deadlines
- Full, clean driving licence
