Help-desk Coordinator - Permanent
Salary: £20,850
24 hour shift pattern including nights, weekends and on call
Location: Glasgow
My client is currently looking for a help-desk coordinator to work within their busy office in Scotland. The role covers 9 contracts across both health and education establishments.
The Role:-
- Help-desk Coordinator
- Dealing with clients/customers over the phone and understanding their requirements and logging works that need to be carried out.
- Booking jobs and planned maintenance on the internal system and booking in the relevant engineers to carry out the works.
- Prioritising works to be carried out
- Responding to calls in line with KPIs ( Key Performance Indicators) on the contracts to minimise penalties..
Requirements:-
You MUST have an excellent telephone manner
Be able to work a 24 hour shift pattern
Good IT skills
Excellent Customer service skills
