Project Manager/Construction Manager
Location: Kingston
Long term temporary contract
Salary: up to £250 per day
50 hours per week
Our client is looking for an experience construction/project manager to join their team based in Kingston Upon Thames.
You will be managing a number of projects in this region which are internal and external refurbs of government buildings.
The Role:
- Managing 2-3 Site Managers
- Dealing with construction plans & inductions
- Proof reading RAMS and putting contractors to work
- Dealing with Health & Safety Audits
- Managing operational programmes
- Working with building surveyors
- Authorising and managing the approval of time sheets
- Client meetings
- Attending site visits
The Person
- Must have a good commercial understanding.
- You must have worked in a similar role
- You must have your own lap top to use on site
- SMSTS
- 1st Aid
- CSCS
- Immediately available.
