Contract Performance Manager, Suffolk             

We have an exciting opportunity for a Contract  Performance Manager to join a leading Facilities Management Organisation to work on a defence contract in Suffolk. This is a full time, permanent role.

• £50000-£55000 plus car/car allowance plus bonus
• Facilities Management
• MOD / defence Contract

As the Contract Performance Manager, you will be managing and implementing performance improvements, consistency, innovation and reporting for all services across a large and complex Facilities Management contract based in Suffolk.

Duties

• Working with the operational, commercial and financial teams to produce daily, weekly and monthly reporting
• Liaising with contract managers and technical teams to establish current performance
• Manage the internal teams to increase performance thorough consistency and innovation
• Liaise with the client to demonstrate continuous improvements across all contracts
• Build and Deliver training to all levels with regards to increasing the service performance standards
• Carry out internal meeting with the central operations teams
• Assist with the implementation and management of the CAFM systems
• Prepare and present to the executive team, service improvements and trend analysis  

Qualifications/Requirements

• Previous experience managing and monitoring performance on a Facilities Management contract in a senior role
• Good working knowledge of CAFM systems 
• Experience working with multi-disciplined teams on a TFM Facilities Management contract
• Good knowledge and experience in service delivery on a TFM  Facilities Management contract
• Excellent presentation skills and confidence presenting to senior staff members
