Facilities Management Account Manager
We are recruiting on behalf of a large Facilities Management provider for a Facilities Management Account Manager based in Nottingham.

Our client is looking for someone with experience of managing Hard Facilities Management or Total Facilities Management contracts across multiple or single sites. This is a full time, permanent position.
Duties:
- Maintain and develop financial and operational policies and procedures that ensure the efficient conduct of the contracts
- Preparation of statutory reports, returns statistics and accounts etc.
- Lead, grow and develop a team
- Ensure the company fulfils their obligations in line with the facilities contract
- Maximise business development opportunities
- Monitor and implement all quality assurance aspects of each operating company's services to the project.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Technical qualification Mechanical or electrical (essential)
- Knowledge and experience of Health and Safety Regulations
- Previous Account Management experience on a Facilities Management contract.
- Strong leadership track record
