Commercial Manager, Rotherham
We are recruiting on behalf of a large Facilities Management Organisation for a Commercial Manager based in Rotherham.

As the Commercial Manager you will support the operational team within a range of Healthcare and Education facilities management contracts. You will be responsible for improving profit through providing a first-rate commercial management service and communicating the obligations and liabilities contained within the contracts.
Duties of the role
- Identifying, monitoring and reporting on operational, financial, commercial and technical risks
- Improving the financial performance of the contract through variation/change control management
- Ensuring commercial compliance
- Managing dispute resolutions
- Providing day to day commercial support to the account management teams
- Developing and delivering compelling commercial proposals to existing and new Clients to ensure winning new contracts and extending current contracts
Qualifications or Required Experience:
- Proven commercial experience within Facilities Management
- Educated to degree/ diploma level in either Law, Surveying (Building/Quantity), Facilities Management
- Understanding and practical application of base UK law applicable to Commercial
- Excellent financial acumen
- Sound understanding of risk analysis/management
- Thorough knowledge and experience of Business Assurance systems.
