300 North are looking to recruit a Groundworks Manager to work for our North East based residential client.
The role of the Groundworks Manager will be to coordinate all labour and materials and supervise remedial works on site.
You will organise gangs of labour to carry out the work and ensure it is completed on time as well as liase and meet with local councils to ensure the work meets the required standards.
The right candidate will have the following attributes and experience:
- Good Organisational Skills
- Groundworks background or a sound knowledge of groundworks
- Be able to deal with the client and meet with local authorities
This is a full time position which will be office and site based
