  • Implement sustainable change and embed new ways of working across teams and systems.
  • Track benefits realisation and performance using data, KPIs and structured governance.
  • Use data and insight to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Drive continuous improvement through structured methodologies and disciplined project delivery.
  • Support the development and standardisation of processes, tools and approaches across programmes.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • Strong project management and delivery expertise, including planning, governance, risk management and benefits realisation.
  • Proven process improvement and process mapping experience.
  • Experience applying Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies to end-to-end process redesign.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills, including engagement with senior leadership.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel capability.
  • Experience leading change and embedding sustainable improvements.
  • Strong workshop facilitation and engagement skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and systems.
  • Strong proficiency in process mapping tools such as Visio; BPMN experience would be beneficial.

Qualifications

  • Lean / Six Sigma Green Belt or higher, or equivalent.
  • PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent project management certification.
  • A relevant qualification in Process Improvement, Business Analysis or Operational Excellence would be desirable.
