PFI Account Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced PFI Account Manager to oversee a high-value, multi-services PFI Facilities Management contract in South Yorkshire.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong operational and commercial contract management expertise within the PFI FM sector, who is ready to lead a dedicated team and manage strategic client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead the daily operations and management of the PFI contract, ensuring smooth delivery across all services.


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, managing escalations and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.


  • Ensure all SLAs and KPIs are not only met but exceeded, driving service excellence.


  • Oversee health and safety compliance, quality assurance, and all service-related regulatory requirements.


  • Manage contract budgets, P&L performance, and provide accurate financial reporting.


  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and drive innovation within service delivery.


  • Lead, support, and develop a skilled contract team, ensuring clear succession planning and professional growth.


  • Actively contribute to client meetings, progress reports, and performance reviews.


What We’re Looking For:



  • Proven experience in a Contract or Account Manager role within a PFI Facilities Management contract healthcare or education or defence 


  • A solid background managing large PFI or multi-site FM contracts.


  • Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and driving commercial performance.


  • Proficiency in CAFM systems, reporting, and MS Office.


  • In-depth knowledge of health & safety regulations and environmental management systems.


  • Outstanding communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
