Role: Finishing Foreman - New Build Housing
Location: Great Ouseburn, North Yorkshire
Pay: £250 per day CIS
Duration: 3 months work/start date June
We're looking for an experienced Finishing Foreman to support the final stages of a high-spec new build housing development near York. You'll be leading the charge on all finishing trades - snagging, second fix, externals, and handovers - ensuring top-quality standards across the board.
What we're after:
Proven experience in new build housing
Strong coordination skills
SSSTS / SMSTS preferred
Valid CSCS
