Role: Site Manager
Location: Wakefield
Start Date: Tuesday 6th May
Hours: Monday to Friday | 08:00 - 16:30
Duration: 4 weeks
Pay: £250.00 per day (CIS)
We are recruiting on behalf of a respected national FM and Construction company, for an experienced Site Manager to oversee maintenance and building works at a live site in Wakefield.
The role:
You will be responsible for supervising subcontractors, ensuring all works are delivered safely, professionally, and in strict accordance with safeguarding requirements.
The project is based within an occupied site housing vulnerable elderly adults, so a professional and sensitive approach is essential.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience managing subcontractors on construction projects
- SMSTS, First Aid certification and CSCS card
- Valid Enhanced DBS with Adult Barring (essential due to the environment)
- Strong track record managing sites, particularly with adults such as healthcare/colleges etc
