We  are recruiting for a PFI Asset Manager to join our client’s team, taking a strategic leadership role in managing and optimising a prestigious healthcare contract.

About the Role:


As PFI Senior Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the total facilities management  operations across a portfolio of healthcare PFI assets. You’ll ensure compliance, drive performance improvements, and manage relationships with key stakeholders.

This role is ideal for an experienced leader in PFI—whether you have direct SPV experience or you’re a senior-level FM professional with strategic oversight of PFI contracts in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:




  • Ensure compliance with PFI standards and contractual obligations, maintaining high operational performance


  • Lead on financial oversight, including project finances, lifecycle works, and variation delivery


  • Build and manage strong relationships with multiple stakeholders, including NHS Trusts and service providers


  • Oversee FM contractors and third-party providers, ensuring service delivery meets contract requirements


  • Conduct monthly reviews, audits, and reporting to monitor contract performance


  • Provide strategic input into contract management and optimisation


What We’re Looking For:




  • Proven leadership experience in PFI healthcare contracts—either within an SPV environment or at a senior strategic FM level in PFI


  • Strong understanding of PFI compliance, financial management, and lifecycle planning


  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive performance


  • A commercial mindset with experience in contract variations and project finances
