Description

Role: Site Manager - £250 per Day CIS

Location: Great Ouseburn

Duration: 6 months 

Start date: ASAP

We are seeking a Site Manager to join a prestigious new build bespoke housing project consisting of 28 high-quality plots in Great Ouseburn. You will over see the development with the Site Manager and manage sub contractors on site.

Key Requirements:


  • SMSTS certification is essential
  • Proven experience managing residential projects
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Ability to maintain high standards of health, safety, and quality

Offer:


  • £250 per day (CIS)
  • Immediate interview for the right candidate
