Assistant Site Manager - £220 per Day CIS

Location: Ripon (HG4)

Duration: 6-12 Months (Potential for Further Work)

We are seeking an Assistant Site Manager to join a prestigious new build bespoke housing project consisting of 28 high-quality plots near Ripon. You will over see the development with the Site Manager and manage sub contractors on site.

Key Requirements:


  • SMSTS certification is essential
  • Proven experience managing residential projects
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Ability to maintain high standards of health, safety, and quality
