Exciting opportunity for a Facilities Account Manager to join a dynamic and leading Facilities Management organisation in London

General Overview:
Reporting to the Partnership Director the Account Manager is responsible for the Integrated operational Facilities Management services provided on a prestigious site in East London
To lead and manage an integrated facilities service team providing a wide range of services, controlling costs and improving service, quality and growth of the contract.
Management responsibilities will include but not be limited to management of a wide range of service contracts, hard and soft services, security, horticulture and waste management services.
Duties include :-
- Responsibility for Profit and Loss Financial Management.
- Provide a management interface with the clients management team to jointly develop the services and solutions
- Conform to Health, Safety and Environment procedures
- Drive quality, innovation and continuous improvement
- Deliver projects to the customers requirement and on time
- Management of and direct communication with the site team
- Attend meetings with the client stakeholder team
- Provide client with compliance data
- Support Internal and external audits.
- Produce monthly data and accounts for invoicing
- Collate WIP.
- Provide appropriate training as required to carry out the duties
- Promote an open and direct management style that encourages progress and development with team members and client stakeholders
- Other duties that may be requested within the scope of FM accountability
Qualifications
- Experience Account or Facilities Manager
- Experience in working in a fast moving and demanding manufacturing environment
- Experience in CAFM, Finance and Intranet HR / Payroll Systems
- Experience in P&L management
- Knowledge and understanding of SAP
- Possess a high degree of attention to detail
- Proactive and enthusiastic Team Player that brings out the best in others
- Is numerate and analytical and financially aware
- Possesses MS office (word, excel and PowerPoint) skills
- Health and Safety aware in all aspects of the business
- Has a clear understanding of EMS and it's importance
- Highly customer focused with a capacity to learn and progress
- Visibly demonstrates a "Can Do' attitude that encourages team participation
- A "problem solver" with ambition to achieve
