Position: Small Works Electrician
Location: Newcastle
Salary: £19.41ph PAYE
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
OT x1.5 after 37.5 hours
Holiday: 22 days plus bank holidays
We are seeking a Maintenance Electrician to join a rapidly growing Building Services Company on a permanent basis, dedicated to maintaining hospital works.
Given the specific nature of these buildings, a successful candidate will need to pass an Enhanced DBS check upon receiving a job offer.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) on electrical systems
- Complete reactive electrical maintenance as required
Qualifications:
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- 2391 Test and Inspect
- Level 3 NVQ in Electrical Installation or Maintenance
