Facilities Management Maintenance Manager
We are recruiting for a Facilities Management Maintenance Manager to work on a Facilities Management Education contract in Halifax managing the hard services.

Duties of the Facilities Management Maintenance Manager:
- Managing a team of Facilities Assistants
- Plan and prioritise reactive maintenance works for the Facilities Assistants team.
- Responsible for Building maintenance and security
- Managing the contractors/subcontractors on site
- Scheduling PPM’s
- Agreeing SLA’s and KPI’s
Qualifications/Requirements
- Previous experience managing staff on a facilities management contract
- Experience of working from a helpdesk system and allocating reactive works
- Experience of managing or a background in Hard Services / Construction
- Experience of working with Microsoft Office packages
- Able to pass an enhances DBS
