Exciting opportunity for an Assistant Facilities Manager to join a facilities management organisation in Leeds on a fixed term contract for 12 months

As an Assistant Facilities Manager you will be responsible for supporting the service delivery team and Facilities Manager on a number of Facilities contracts in Leeds.
The role is fixed term for 12 months but could turn into a full time opportunity due to company growth.
As an Assistant Facilities Manager you will be responsible for interacting with the hard services facilities Management team ensuring contract compliance
Duties include:
- Compliance and monitoring
- Client liaison
- FM delivery focus
- Building relationships
